The Answers to Your Questions about Coaching

Why do you focus on the clients and industries that you do?

My clients are not strictly limited to financial services and real estate. However, because of my own business background and my experience in working with executives and entrepreneurs in these industries, I understand their businesses, issues and challenges. This has allowed me to develop a successful track record of helping them succeed, and all of my clients now benefit from the insights of these experiences.

Can we talk before I decide to hire you?

Yes, in fact I will insist on it. All prospective clients receive a no-obligation confidential consultation where you can ask questions and discuss your specific goals and objectives. Additionally, this is a great way to see if working together is the right fit for each of us.

How long does the coaching relationship last?

The length of our coaching relationship depends on the time you choose to work with me. Many clients maintain the coaching relationship for years because they experience tangible benefits in their business and life as a direct result of coaching.

There are no contracts to sign or lengthy and expensive commitments to make. You can end the coaching relationship at anytime you wish.

Can we do coaching sessions in person?

Yes. Sessions in-person are available on-site if you live in the Phoenix metro area.

Do you limit your number of clients?

Yes. In order to deliver a high level of service and focus, the number of clients in my practice at any one time is limited. As a result, there is periodically a waiting list.

Can I speak to some of your clients as a reference?

Yes. I am fortunate to have many current and former clients who would be happy to speak with you. You may also find it helpful to review my clients page.

Is the work that we do together confidential?

Yes. In fact, our entire coaching relationship is confidential. This means that my client list is completely private - no one will know we have a coaching relationship unless you choose to tell them. What you are doing and all other personal and business information is never discussed by me with anyone else. You, however, are welcome to share whatever you wish, with whomever you wish.

The Relevance of Coaching

Many successful people have built their business and career with the help of input from a sounding board, confidant or trusted advisor. Top athletes and entertainers have been doing this for years. More and more people now recognize the importance of this role, including many successful executives and entrepreneurs.

In your business setting it doesn’t matter how many people surround you. Whether you’re in a small business or large organization, you often strategize alone on your most important priorities unless you have:

  • a confidant or sounding board
  • someone providing insight
  • a resource to build skills

Who do you have that will give you individualized, confidential and objective input, based on years of experience, to support you in reaching your goals?

You can experience a significant difference in the level and speed of your success when you have a skilled professional, entirely devoted to helping you achieve your objectives.

How do we get started?

Schedule a confidential consultation where you can get answers to your questions and make arrangements to begin coaching.
