Frequently Asked
Questions
What about
confidentiality?
Our coaching
relationship
with you is
strictly
confidential.
We do this to
protect your
privacy. This
means that our
client list is
confidential,
and what you are
doing and all
other personal
information is
not discussed by
us with anyone
else. You,
however, are
welcome to share
whatever you
wish, with
whomever you
wish.
How long have you
been coaching?
We’ve been
coaching people
for over 20
years.
Who hires a
coach?
People who (a)
want to make the
most of their
businesses,
careers and
lives, (b) want
to improve
themselves, and
(c) understand
the value of
input from a
trusted advisor
and don’t let
their egos keep
them from that.
What types of
clients do you work
with?
Our clients are
typically
business owners,
executives and
professionals
working in
companies large
and small.
Whether new in
recovery or a
veteran of the
journey, they
seek our
services to help
with their
professional
life in areas
such as
leadership,
business
building and
professional
skills
development.
What
is the fee for
coaching?
We offer a range
of hourly and
monthly rates
for both
one-on-one
coaching and
group coaching.
What is the
typical coaching
process?
We begin with
clarifying your
goals, then
create action
plans that you
execute with the
support of
resources,
guidance and
accountability
that we provide.
What’s unique
about your
coaching?
The combination
of our business
expertise,
coaching skills
and addiction
recovery
experience gives
us the ability
to present our
clients with
unique
perspective,
insight and a
level of trust
that helps them
simplify and
accomplish a
myriad of both
personal and
professional
objectives.
How is coaching
delivered?
Coaching is
delivered either
one-on-one or in
groups, in
weekly or
bi-weekly
sessions.
One-on-one
coaching is
for individuals
who want to work
privately.
Sessions are
scheduled for 30
or 60 minutes,
and are
available via
telephone for
both local and
US clients,
while in-person
sessions are
available for
local clients
only. In
addition to your
scheduled
sessions, you
have unlimited
access to us via
E-mail, when
needed.
Group
coaching
sessions are
held either at
the client’s
business
location or by
telephone much
like a
conference call.
Sessions are
typically 60
minutes or more
in length and
can be scheduled
as frequently as
every week.
Groups are
comprised of
individuals from
the same
company, people
in the same
industry, or
those with a
common goal or
agenda.
What happens in
a coaching
session?
As the client
you control the
coaching session
agenda, so you
are encouraged
to review your
accomplishments
since our last
session, discuss
an immediate
challenge or an
ongoing longer
term goal. In
any event, the
intent of all
sessions is to
provide you with
what you need in
the moment to
move forward and
accomplish your
goals.
How long do we
work together?
This is
completely up to
you. Many
clients have
worked with us
for years
because they
want the ongoing
benefits of
coaching.
Depending on the
type of coaching
that you choose,
there typically
isn’t a contract
to sign or
lengthy
commitment to
make.
