-
We don’t know what
we don’t know.
-
It’s a safe place to
vent, troubleshoot ideas
and gain perspective.
-
We can all benefit from
a cheerleader who wants
us to win.
-
It can be a
one-stop-shop for the
resources, guidance and
support we need to
succeed.
-
Your family, friends and
peers care, but
it’s not their job to
coach you.

Reap the Benefits of Coaching
Framework
- You can create a more satisfying and rewarding professional life if you have a sounding board, confidant and trusted advisor – someone who not only understands your journey of recovery, but combines that insight with real-world business expertise to help you accomplish your goals.
- Our work together is 100% confidential and focuses on creating strategies and solutions that are effective in helping you address your challenges and reach your goals - whether you’re looking to build your business, manage your career or improve your professional skills.
- Coaching is delivered one-on-one or in groups, in weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Sessions are scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes, and are available via telephone or in-person. In addition to your scheduled sessions, you have unlimited access to me via E-mail, when needed.
Process
- We begin with clarifying your goals, then create action plans that you execute over the course of our coaching.
- Coaching sessions include a mix of accountability, tools and support, and are structured to provide you with what you need in the moment to move forward and accomplish your goals.
Terms
- Fees for coaching start at $150 per hour, with no minimum sessions or long-term requirements.
