Prior to forming InStep Coaching in 2000, Dave was a Vice President in three major banks including Chase, Bank One and National Bank of Arizona where he performed various business development, client relationship and asset management roles in real estate lending, development, mortgage banking and investments.

Dave received his professional coach training at Coach U, the leading global provider of coach training, and has also been featured on TV, radio and in print, and as an expert in both the Arizona Republic and Tribune Newspapers. An Arizona native, Dave is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, and the Mortgage Bankers Association - School of Mortgage Banking.
